Sharad Kukreti, Executive Director of BlueStar Overseas Education Consultants Pvt. Ltd., has over 26 years of experience in Information Technology, IT Education, and Overseas Education Consulting. During his IT career, he successfully led and implemented projects for Central and State Government organizations, the Indian Army, and leading private sector enterprises.

He has also served as an External Guide for MCA final-year students at IIT Roorkee and was the Editor of Asia’s first Open-Source magazine, Software Freedom. With his extensive experience in international education, Sharad now personally guides and counsels students aspiring to pursue Medical Education Abroad, helping them make informed academic and career decisions.

RAJNEESH WADHWA (Director)

RAJNEESH WADHWA

Rajneesh Wadhwa has a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and Masters in International Political Economy from Boston University & a Doctorate from London Business School. Rajneesh has an overall professional experience of over 30 years.

He has successfully created First Responders in schools, corporates, and communities, developed paramedics and other allied healthcare professionals.

He has held a number of senior positions across Finance, Risk Management, Operations, Administration, General Management, Project Management and Change Management through his career span.

Rajneesh is also the Founder and Managing Director of CESA – Clean Energy South Asia. Rajneesh also served as India Country Manager and Head of South Asia Research and Analysis for Morning Standard Clean Energy Finance (MSCEF).

Refund Policy

MBBS-MD.com is operated by Bluestar Overseas Education Consultants Pvt. Ltd. This Refund Policy explains the applicable terms regarding consultancy services and university tuition fees.

1. Consultancy Fee

Bluestar Overseas Education Consultants Pvt. Ltd. does not ordinarily charge any consultancy fee from students for its overseas medical education guidance and admission assistance.

In exceptional cases, where a consultancy/service fee is specifically applicable, the student will be informed of the applicable fee before accepting the service, and the fee must be paid before the student leaves India for the relevant overseas destination.

Once such a consultancy/service fee has been paid and the student has proceeded abroad, the fee shall be non-refundable. Accordingly, no refund shall ordinarily be payable in respect of such consultancy/service fees.

2. University Tuition Fees

University/college tuition fees are not collected or retained by Bluestar Overseas Education Consultants Pvt. Ltd. Where applicable, such fees are paid directly by the student to the concerned university/college.

Any refund of tuition fees is therefore governed exclusively by the refund, withdrawal and cancellation policy of the concerned university/college.

If a student is unable to obtain a visa, the tuition fee may be refundable by the university/college, subject to:

  • the specific refund policy and terms of the university/college;
  • the conditions imposed by the university/college for visa-related refunds;
  • submission of the required documents and proof of visa refusal, where applicable; and
  • any deductions, administrative charges, bank charges or other amounts permitted under the university/college’s policy.

Bluestar Overseas Education Consultants Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee or independently determine the refund of university tuition fees.

3. Visa Refusal

Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority or other competent government authority. Bluestar Overseas Education Consultants Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee the issuance of a visa.

In the event of visa refusal, students should refer to the concerned university/college’s refund policy regarding tuition fees already paid directly to that institution.

4. Other Charges

Application fees, registration fees, visa fees, examination fees, accommodation charges, insurance premiums, courier charges, bank charges and other third-party payments are subject to the refund policies of the respective service provider or institution.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Bluestar Overseas Education Consultants Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for refunding amounts paid directly to third parties.

5. No Guarantee of Refund

The possibility of obtaining a refund from a university or other institution does not constitute a guarantee of refund. Each institution has its own terms and conditions, and the final decision regarding any refund rests with the concerned institution.

6. Changes to This Policy

Bluestar Overseas Education Consultants Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be published on MBBS-MD.com and shall apply from the date specified therein.
