As per advisory by Embassy of India in Philippines has issued notice that those Indian students studying in Philippines are requested to register themselves through the link/form provided by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, at their earliest.This will help them in getting advantages from student related services provided by Embassy.

Registration Form

The registration Form is provided at MADAD portal (Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India).

Student should be ready with information required in the Form. For your convenience, we are providing both Forms images, User regurgitation Form and User Information/Profile Form as provided below :
